Blaine is currently serving as President of District 5 and of Starks Memorial VFW Post 4759 Auxiliaries. His father was a WWII veteran, his son is an Iraq War veteran, and he is a Louisiana National Guard veteran. He joined the VFW Auxiliary in 2019 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in committees, his Post, and District 5.
